About
- Introduction
Rurban Research Foundation (RRF) is a pioneering non-governmental, non-profit organization dedicated to narrowing the developmental gap between rural and urban India. Established in 2012 as the Gondwana Research Foundation, the organization has since expanded its vision and scope. Now operating as the Rurban Research Foundation, it continues to champion innovative and inclusive approaches to sustainable development.
At RRF, we imagine a future where every community—rural or urban—has access to quality education, healthcare, clean water, dignified employment, and opportunities for cultural growth and expression. We are driven by the belief that integrated development, grounded in local participation and guided by rigorous research, can lead to lasting transformation.
With over a decade of grassroots experience and strategic collaborations with government bodies such as JJM, SWSM, and the Ministry of Jal Shakti, RRF has made a meaningful impact in thousands of lives across Uttar Pradesh and beyond.
